All classes are hands-on in a relaxed and fun environment. Class fee for each classes is $45, unless otherwise indicated. Fall/Winter Class Schedule:
Monday, October 24, 6-8 p.m. Fresh Pasta 101 Learning a basic recipe and some easy techniques will enable you to create masterful pasta dishes. Saving money and time on top of serving a wonderfully delicious finish product is all the motivation you will need for taking this fun class. Recipes included. Take homemade ravioli home to your friends or family to show off what you learned.
Monday, November 7th 8, 6-8:30 p.m. Sauces, The true chef is also an excellent “saucer.” Learn to make quick sauces to garnish your meats, easy gravy to serve over potatoes or vegetables, pasta sauces and a quick salad dressing you will use over and over again.
Monday, November 14 , 6-8:30p.m. Pies, Learn the tricks and techniques of making perfect pastry crust for traditional pies, the very ones that Chef Victoria will use at the National Pie Championships in April, 2011. We will make a pie from scratch, from start to finish. You will take your pie home to share with your family. (FULL!)
Monday, November 28, 6-8:30 p.m. Fresh Soups Once you learn the secret to successful soup making you will enjoy many nutritional meals. Accompany this class with our Bread Making class, and you will have add a great new repertoire to your kitchen skills and menus. We will make vegetable and chicken stocks, staples in successful cooks’ kitchens. Additionally, you will learn to make soups from legumes.
Tuesday, November 29th, 6-8:30 p.m. Sugar Cookies, Learn the secrets and recipes to making sugar cookie cutouts. Each student will make and decorate 1 dozen cookies to take home, along with the exceptional recipes to recreate them in their own home.

Tuesday, January 10, 6-8:30 p.m. Yeast Breads, Fresh homemade bread is one of the most nostalgic and favorite smells people have. Learn a few simple techniques to make wonderful yeast breads and rolls in your own home. Artisan loaves in the grocery stores are pricey, but oh so delicious. By learning a few techniques and some wonderful recipes, you can save money by making your own fresh.
