Our catered breakfast is served hot and fresh to your door.  Drop-off delivery in disposable or recyclable products available to most areas, for nominal fee.  Fort Collins, Loveland & Greeley, $30.  Service is subject to availability, and we recommend ordering ahead.

HOT STUFF!

Hot breakfast items are delivered HOT.  If you require chafing equipment, we will deliver your food set-up in chafing dishes.  Disposable chafers do not require pick-up service, and are available for $12/each.  Rental of our chafer is $10/each, and  require pick-up service with fee.

Breakfast Sandwiches

Fresh scrambled eggs with Swiss-American Cheese and Choice of Black Forest Ham, Breakfast Sausage or Applewood Smoked Bacon served on toasted whole wheat or white bagels.   Serves 20, $100.

Breakfast Burritos

Warm and satisfying with a bit of “heat”, these burritos have herb roasted potatoes, cheddar cheese, eggs, sautéed onions and green peppers and come vegetarian, or with a choice or ham, sausage or bacon, neatly wrapped in a flour tortilla.  Serves 20, $100.

Baked Strata

Our baked strata is a layered, eggs custard and cubed bread dish. Served hot, by the pan (19″ X 12″).

We suggest adding Herb-Roasted Potatoes or Fresh Fruit to this entree, see EXTRAS, below.
