Welcome to Catering by Victoria, a full-service, off-premises catering company located in Windsor, Colorado. Catering by Victoria is the catering operations of Caffe Victoria.
We cater private parties and corporate events in Fort Collins, Loveland and the Northern Front Range.

We specialize in Weddings and Wedding Cakes. We offer cake tastings where one can sample a number of different cakes, see images and models of the cakes we prepare, and consult with our baker. Watch our Current News for cake-tasting dates.

Caffe Victoria: easily accessed from Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley
Caffe Victoria is our breakfast-only caffe located in Windsor, Colorado. (map). We are open Saturday and Sunday mornings unless we have a catering conflict - you will see closure announcements at the bottom of this page or on our Current News page; the menu can be found on our menus page.
